All orders placed on be17.pk are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments through the methods listed at checkout. be17.pk is not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location. be17.pk is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
Proof of purchase is required for all returns

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers on be17.pk are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, timely dispatch of orders, and compliance with all applicable laws. be17.pk reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate our policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

be17.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.
